Optimizing Digital Branding and E-Commerce Strategies for the Development of Lutvi Aneka Rasa Chips Business Towards the Digital Market aims to empower Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in facing the challenges of digital transformation. Programs with participatory approach methods and direct interventions. The main problems identified are low digital marketing capacity, limited access to the online market, and lack of understanding of entrepreneurs about digital branding strategies. This activity program produces several strategic outputs, namely Increasing understanding of digital marketing, Availability of professionally managed social media accounts, Modern product branding and packaging design, and Marketplace access to expand sales reach. The expected output of the activity is the creation of a digital-based MSME development model that can increase competitiveness, sales turnover, and the sustainability of Lutvi Chips' business. The participatory mentoring method allows business actors to be actively involved in every stage of digital transformation. The significance of the activity lies in its contribution in encouraging the digitalization of MSMEs, helping small business actors face competition in the digital era, and creating a mentoring model that can be replicated in similar businesses.
