This study aims to determine the influence of the normalization program on changes in community behavior in Stabat District, Lalat Regency. The normalization program that includes the repair of waterways and rivers has had a positive impact in the form of increasing public awareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness. The community began to show changes in behavior, such as no longer littering and participating in mutual cooperation activities. However, factors such as low levels of education, the economy, and resistance to change are still challenges. Continuous supervision, more intensive education, and improved supporting facilities are needed to strengthen changes in community behavior.
