Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the construction of civil servant flats in Tanjungbalai City based on an analysis of satisfaction and habitability. Through a qualitative approach, this study identifies various problems faced by residents, including the physical quality of the building, the facilities provided, and the social and environmental conditions around the Rusunawa. The results of the study show that residents are dissatisfied with the quality of buildings that deteriorate quickly and the limited social facilities that support community life. In addition, accessibility issues and location far from centers of economic and social activity also contribute to the inconvenience of residents. Based on these findings, this study recommends improvements in physical, social, and environmental aspects, as well as infrastructure improvements to improve residents' quality of life and housing comfort in the future.
